Step 1:
How to cook potato soup with onions, carrots and fragrant garlic croutons very quickly and simply, which is sure to please many with its excellent taste qualities? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices for cooking homemade vegetable soup-puree for lunch or dinner.
Step 2:
To prepare the soup-puree, take a suitable saucepan and put it on the stove, then pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into it and warm it up, then put into it a pre-finely chopped one head of onion and stir-fry it with a spatula at a high temperature of the stove until transparent.
Step 3:
Take a large grater and rub one carrot, which then put in a saucepan with onions and stir fry.
Step 4:
Cut seven hundred grams of pre-peeled potatoes into rather large pieces and put them in a common saucepan, then mix the vegetables together and warm the potatoes for five minutes.

Cut half of the bell pepper, one stalk of celery into small pieces and put it in a common pan for flavor and taste, then mix the vegetables together and continue to fry them on a high stove temperature.
Step 6:
Pour four hundred milliliters of boiling water into a saucepan, then cover the pan with a lid and bring the vegetables to a boil.

To make croutons, take about one hundred and sixty grams of white loaf and cut off the crust from it, then cut it into small arbitrary cubes.

Take a frying pan and put it on the stove, then pour one tablespoon of vegetable oil into it, spread thirty grams of butter and warm up, then put a finely chopped garlic clove into the pan and stir fry.
Step 10:
Put the sliced pieces of the loaf in a frying pan with garlic, then stir-fry them on a high heat plate until golden brown on each side.
Step 11:
Spread the cooked croutons with garlic from the pan on a plate.
Step 12:
Pour salt, a mixture of ground peppers into a saucepan with vegetables to taste, add one-fourth of a teaspoon of ground nutmeg and one teaspoon of dried herbs.
Step 13:
Take an immersion blender and puree the vegetables in a saucepan until smooth and creamy.
Step 14:
Pour one hundred milliliters of cream into a saucepan with the cooked soup-puree and put it on the stove, then stir the soup to a boil and remove the pan from the stove.
Step 15:
Pour the cooked soup into serving plates and serve it to the table with herbs and croutons.
