Cooking method
First we prepare all the ingredients. Tartlets can be taken ready-made, or you can bake them yourself. In the first case, it is better to choose shortbread tartlets, not waffle ones. This way they will keep their shape better and the taste of the finished snack will be better. Today we will use a ready-made version of tartlets.
Defrost crab sticks and cut into small cubes. Hard cheese (you can take any) is also cut into small cubes. Try to cut all the ingredients roughly the same. In this case, the finished dish will look especially beautiful.
We drain the syrup from the canned pineapples and finely cut them into cubes commensurate with the cheese and crab sticks. Garlic is peeled from the husk and crushed (you can do this with a fine grater, squeeze through a press or just finely chop with a knife).
In a bowl we put chopped crab sticks, cheese, pineapples. Add chopped garlic to the same place. Mix everything well and gently. Add mayonnaise to the bowl and stir well again. The filling for tartlets is ready.
Now we move on to the most interesting stage of cooking. We lay out tartlets on the work surface. We put the prepared filling in tartlets, and place them on a large beautiful dish. We decorate the finished tartlets with fresh herbs and serve them on the table. If the feast is planned later, we put the tartlets in the refrigerator.
Such tartlets can be served both for a holiday and just for the arrival of unexpected guests, as you can prepare a snack very quickly!
Bon appetit and happy holidays!
