For this cooking recipe, you can use any mushrooms, even if they are dry, only then they will need only 50 grams.
Break the egg into a glass, add half a glass of water and mix. Pour the flour into a bowl, make a recess in the center and gradually pour the stirred egg into it, kneading the dough. The dough should be cool. Divide the dough into two parts. We hang each part separately and roll it out into a thin layer. After the layers dry out, cut into strips.
Mushrooms are cut and fried with a small amount of vegetable oil until half-cooked. Finely chop the onion and also send it to the pan. Then we put a pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Put everything from the frying pan into a saucepan, add a broth cube and cook for 10 minutes. Then we send noodles to the same place. It is prepared very quickly.
Serve on the table, sprinkled with finely chopped herbs.
