Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Preparing the products for the soup. A couple of small potatoes, half a medium onion, a small carrot, mushrooms (you can just have fresh ones already cooked), raw or (as I have) baked turkey fillet, vegetable oil, salt and a good melted cheese.
Step 2:
Chop the onion
Step 3:
Grate carrots
Step 4:
Cut potatoes into small cubes
Step 5:
Fry the onion and carrot
Step 6:
Add mushrooms to the roast
Step 7:
Cut the cheese. Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil, put potatoes to sleep. If the meat is fresh, we put it together with the potatoes finely chopped. Cook for about 30 minutes. Then add fried onions, carrots and mushrooms to the soup. Salt to taste. All this is cooked for 5 minutes, after which we add finely chopped or grated melted cheese on a coarse grater. Stir with a spoon until all the cheese dissolves, then turn off the fire and let the soup brew for 10 minutes.
