Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
We start cooking our appetizer with the preparation of sauce, for this we put 2 tables in a bowl.L. mayonnaise, 2 table.s. cream cheese and 1 table.L. pesto sauce, mix everything well until smooth.
Step 2:
Cut cherry tomatoes into thin circles.
Step 3:
Cut into thin slices of olives.
Step 4:
Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.
Step 5:
Cut the ketu into thin slices, which in turn are cut into thin strips.
Step 6:
Cut the lettuce leaves not finely.
Step 7:
Grate 2 chicken eggs on a fine grater.
Step 8:
Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
Step 9:
We lay out 2 tables.pour the sauce on the pita bread and spread it evenly with a spatula in a thin layer over the entire flatbread.
Step 10:
Spread lettuce leaves evenly on top of the sauce.
Step 11:
Evenly place cherry tomatoes, chicken and olives on lettuce leaves, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
Step 12:
Pita bread with filling is wrapped very tightly and neatly in a roll, which we put in a cellophane bag and preferably put in the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 13:
We collect the second roll according to the same principle as the first, only we replace the chicken with fish and tomatoes with a grated chicken egg.
Step 14:
Add grated cheese on top and wrap tightly in a roll, which we also put in the refrigerator for one hour.
Step 15:
We take the rolls out of the refrigerator and cut them into small portions. We cook delicious, we cook simply, we cook fish and meat snacks at home together!
