Cooking method
We take a beautiful large dish, leave a place in the center.
Cut the sausage into small pieces, and all the other vegetables into strips.
Pre-boil the beets, and all the other vegetables are served raw.
We spread it out beautifully, taking turns putting all the ingredients on a plate.
In the center we put sour cream or mayonnaise in a separate bowl.
Decorate with chopped greens, you can sprinkle pomegranate seeds for beauty.
