Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

1. Take the turkey fillet and wash it well. Put the meat in a saucepan and fill with water.
As soon as it boils, we remove the foam and make the fire less. Cover the pan with a lid and cook until the turkey is half cooked.

2. Peel and slice potatoes, onions and carrots. We put the vegetables in the broth. Add spices to your taste and salt. If you want, you can pass onions and carrots separately. The broth will become more rich and golden. Without frying, the soup turns out to be more dietary.

3. At the end of cooking, add canned peas and cook for another 10 minutes.

Pour on plates and to the table. Bon appetit!
