Turkey Soup with Green Peas

    1. Take the turkey and rinse it well. Put the meat in a pot and cover with water. Once it comes to a boil, skim off the foam and lower the heat. Cover the pot and cook until the turkey is halfway done. 2. Peel and cut the potatoes, onion, and carrot. Add the vegetables to the broth. Season with salt and spices to taste. If you like, you can sauté the onion and carrot separately first — it makes the broth richer and more golden. Without the sautéed vegetables, the soup comes out lighter. 3. Toward the end, add the canned peas and cook for another 10 minutes. Ladle into bowls and serve. Enjoy!
