Sorrel soup with lentils

Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Defrost the meat and put it to cook. I have a small piece of pork. Soak the lentils, cook the eggs. Next, we turn to vegetables. Peel and slice: potatoes

Step 3:
Wash and chop sorrel. Don't get too small.
Step 4:
After the meat is cooked (~40 min), pull it out and finely chop
Step 5:
Meanwhile, we throw potatoes and lentils into the broth.
Step 6:
Throw the meat back. Cook ~ 20 min
Step 7:
Cut the eggs, not finely
Step 8:
We send the bay leaf, onion and carrot to the pan. Cook ~7-9 min
Step 9:
And finally we throw sorrel and eggs. Salt and cook for another 5 minutes . Done!
Step 10:
If desired, add a spoonful of sour cream. Enjoy your meal
