Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
First of all, you need to cook a very thick semolina porridge in milk. Add salt and nutmeg (it will give the dish a unique flavor). Cool the semolina porridge to a warm state, stir in one egg and cool completely. This will make it easier to form zrazy.
Step 2:
While the semolina is cooling, fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown, add minced meat to it. Fry until the meat is ready, add salt and pepper to taste. Allow the filling to cool completely.
Step 3:
With hands soaked in water, form a flatbread from porridge, put the filling in the center and make small zrazy. The molded pie should be immediately paned in a mixture of flour and turmeric, and then put on a cutting board. Before modeling each pie, it is better to rinse your hands.
Step 4:
Fry the zrazy in preheated vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown on each side.
