Cooking method
1. Lettuce leaves are washed under running water, dried.
2. Smear the pita bread with cottage cheese, spread lettuce leaves on top of it.
3. We cut the fish into thin plates, spread it out, evenly distributing it over the surface of the pita bread.
4. Tightly twist the pita bread roll, wrap it in plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour.
5. We cut the finished snack into pieces and serve it on the table.
