Cooking method
Pour mustard powder into a small bowl, pour boiling water in portions, stir. It is important that there are no lumps.
Pour vinegar and vegetable oil into the resulting mustard mass. Put salt, sugar, mix.
We send the finished mustard to the warmest place (during the heating season on the battery, for example), leave it to ripen for 2-3 hours. During this time, it will thicken.
