Preparing products for salad: boiled chicken is cleaned of bones and cut very finely.

Form a layer of chicken. We do not spread the whole chicken, we put about a quarter of the mass in a separate dish, we will make a filling for proteins from it.

Sprinkle with crushed yolks. We also divide the yolks. 1/3 add to the chicken, to prepare the filling.

Mix chicken, egg yolks and a tablespoon of mayonnaise.
