Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Take a saucepan, pour vegetable oil into it, cut the onion into cubes
Step 2:
I only have a small carrot from the garden, so I cut it into circles, if you have a large carrot, cut it into strips, do not rub it on a coarse or fine grater. Fry for 5 minutes.
Step 3:
The roast is ready

Add peeled and chopped potatoes as we like

Fill with water and cook

Step 7:
Add the ginger immediately to the pan and cook for 30 minutes. Salt and pepper.
