  • Mix everything together well — I also added some flaxseed. Let it sit for about 5 minutes so the semolina and bran swell a little. The dough should be elastic and not stick to your hands. Wet your hands with water, shape the dumplings, and drop them into boiling water to cook (about 5–7 minutes, until they float to the top).
