Boil potatoes in mashed potatoes in advance.
Grate the previously boiled beetroot on a grater for Korean carrots.
Chop the cherry.
Fry the onion in oil, add the chopped mushrooms and fry for 15 minutes.
Cut the remaining half of the potatoes into cubes and lower them to cook in broth.
Add mashed potatoes, mushrooms, wild cherry, salt, pepper sour cream.
You need to bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes without covering with a lid.
Turn off and let cool under the open lid so that the saturated light is not lost.
Borscht is ready.
