Peel onions, finely chop with a knife.
Peel, wash, grate carrots on a coarse grater.
Heat the butter in a frying pan. Fry the onion until transparent. Add carrots, simmer for two to three minutes. Pour in the cream, bring to a boil and immediately turn off the stove.
Bring chicken broth to a boil.
Peel potatoes, wash, cut into small pieces.
Add potatoes to the broth. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Cut the ham into small cubes. Lightly fry in a frying pan without fat.
Add vegetables stewed in cream, melted cheese and ham to the soup. Season with spices. Cook the soup over low heat for five minutes.
Finely chop the dill and parsley and sprinkle the soup poured on plates.
