Peel potatoes, cut into long cubes and boil in salted water with vinegar.
Put the finished potatoes in a colander and put them in a large bowl.
In a small frying pan, pour salt, black pepper and chili pepper, turmeric. Put the crushed garlic. Add soy sauce and vegetable oil.
Put the frying pan on the fire and bring to a boil. Boil for one minute and remove from heat.
Remove the garlic and pour the contents of the pan over the potatoes.
