Step-by-step cooking
1. We put the yellow lentils and dry peas to cook. For 20 minutes they calmly reach while we prepare the ribs and vegetables for roasting.
2. You can take a loin, trim the salce, cut the ribs with meat.
3. Fry the salsa with diced carrots and onions. Add a little salt and spices.
4. Chop tomatoes and pepper coarsely.
5. Crumble potatoes. Fill the stewed onions, salsa and carrots with water, send lentils and peas to the same place. Cook for 5-10 minutes, then add the potatoes and cook until half done.
6. At the very end, when the potatoes are almost ready, we send tomatoes and peppers to the pan.
7. Let the soup brew with smoked ribs.
8. Pour, serve with herbs.
