1. We start with root vegetables. It is very convenient to load them into a steamer and set a timer.
2. While carrots and potatoes are "steamed", we crumble tofu, radishes and cucumbers in small cubes.
3. Chop the greens. Someone pushes the greens at the bottom of a bowl or saucepan with salt so that the greens do not float, but this is not necessary.
4. Ready potatoes and carrots are also cut into small cubes.
5. Mix all the ingredients, add salt, lemon juice.
6. Fill the okroshka with mayonnaise.
7. Dilute with cool water.
