First, boil the frozen shrimp in boiling salted water. It will take about two minutes or even one and a half. After draining the water through a colander, let the shrimp drain. Then we clean them from the shell.
Canned pineapples cut into small pieces. And we cut the sweet pepper into thin strips or half rings.
Fry the peeled shrimps in a frying pan with olive oil, add Bulgarian sweet pepper and pineapples to them. Mix and squeeze garlic through a garlic press. Mix again.
Separately mix soy sauce with apple vinegar. We take soy sauce to taste. I put in just a teaspoon. And add this mixture at the very end of frying. We pour black pepper and, if necessary, salt.
By the way, shrimp with pineapples can be served with vegetable side dishes.
