For fans of everything Chinese, I offer a culinary recipe for a salad of funchosa cabbage with Bulgarian pepper. Such food will look original on any festive table. Starch noodles are poured with boiling water for a few minutes and thrown into a colander. Finely chop the vegetables – carrots, onions, cabbage, sweet pepper, radish and fry them in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil. The meat (which you like best) is cut into thin strips and fried in vegetable oil with spices – crushed garlic, black and red ground pepper, soy sauce, green juice. Stew the meat in spices for a few minutes. Mix noodles, fried vegetables and meat in a salad bowl. Then we spread the salad on a platter, decorated with lime slices. Funchosa salad is good both warm and cold. Bon appetit!
