I am especially grateful to the special chicken salad with whipped cream "Cheese Pot", as well as to the magazine in which I read this culinary recipe. After all, it is served directly in small ceramic pots, in which it is prepared. All ingredients are given based on one pot. So, I put diced chicken fillet in each pot and pour it lightly with water, put it in the oven for about an hour at medium power. When the chicken is ready, I fall asleep in each pot of grated cheese and put it back in the oven for just a couple of minutes so that the cheese melts, but does not turn into a crust. While the chicken is cooking, I beat cream with horseradish and salt in a mixer. I put green peas in each pot, pour whipped cream and decorate with beautifully sliced pickled mushrooms: more often with plates, but you can also use hats, sometimes I stick them into the creamy mass and get a kind of mushrooms in the snow. So that the chicken under the cheese does not cool down, you need to serve this salad immediately after cooking. Excellent food, which is liked by all connoisseurs of tender chicken.
