If someone wants to surprise their loved ones at dinner, then this recipe is for them. It seems that there is no strength left for cooking dinner after work, but the household requires, therefore, to prepare, which is faster and easier. It won't take much time for a salad with lightly salted salmon, honestly. When I heard the name for the first time, I thought it was something terribly abstruse, difficult to prepare for a long time. And I began to cook – the only difficulty is to peel the grapefruit. And this food is not so delicious, of course, you will not cook every day (although who knows), but 2-3 times a week – for sure.
We take the cremans. Lettuce leaves – on the bottom, you can completely, you can tear with your hands. Salmon fillet cut into small cubes and leaves. Grapefruits are cleaned from the peel and films, cut into the same cubes, put on the salmon layer. Boil the eggs. Three eggs on top on a fine grater, then a layer of grated cheese, again salmon, grapefruit, egg, cheese. Decorate with chopped olives, if necessary– we add salt. Pour olive oil. You can decorate it with a beautifully chopped tomato. I think the biggest effect is to announce when serving: "Salad cocktail with salmon." The household will be stunned.
