Just a great culinary recipe with the original name of mushroom okroshka "Lesovik" I wrote out once from a women's magazine, where it was printed under the heading "healthy nutrition". This is a wonderful food of Russian cuisine, which can be served in summer, winter, spring, and autumn – at all seasons of the year. Of course, if you manage to collect all the necessary ingredients.
Thoroughly rinse the salted mushrooms and let the water drain. If it is necessary to rid the mushrooms of excess salt, it is better to rinse them in hot water. Now we cut them into beautiful pieces together with cucumbers and green onions. Potatoes and carrots are put to cook in a uniform, let cool, peel and also cut into cubes. Next, boil the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Rub the yolks with mustard and a spoonful of sour cream. Chop the proteins finely. Put the chopped vegetables in a separate bowl, pour kvass, add salt, a little sugar and a mixture of yolks with sour cream and mustard. Before serving, pour chopped greens into each plate and put a spoonful of sour cream.
