Orange Smoothie with Kiwi and Cream

A tasty, healthy fruit smoothie for kids and grown-ups. I often make milk-based fruit smoothies, and this is one of my very favorite recipes.

    1. Chill the cream ahead of time. 2. Peel the oranges and kiwis and cut the flesh into pieces. 3. Put the fruit and sugar in a blender and blend to a purée. 4. Add the ice cream and chilled cream to the fruit and blend again. 5. Pour the smoothie into glasses. If you don't like orange pulp, you can use freshly squeezed orange juice instead.
