Oat Flour (Tolokno) with Kefir
A super-healthy breakfast drink? Make kefir with oat flour! Both kefir and oat flour are very wholesome on their own, but combine them and you get a real nutritional "bomb" for your body. I make this drink for breakfast, and sometimes I have it in place of dinner. Just the thing for staying slim and healthy!

- Oat flour is fairly high in calories, but it contains only complex carbohydrates — which means you can have it without worrying about your waistline. This product has been unfairly forgotten; happily, it's becoming more popular now and showing up on store shelves. Today I suggest making a wonderful, vitamin-rich kefir-based drink. Making it is ridiculously easy! All you have to do is mix the kefir with the oat flour. You can dress the drink up with ground cinnamon, chopped nuts, honey, fresh fruit, or even grated dark chocolate. Experiment! Stay healthy and full of energy!
