Whipped Cream from Cream Powder

Need whipped cream and have cream powder on hand? Make a cake topping out of it! The cream comes out the perfect consistency and is very simple and quick to make. It's a great idea to keep a packet of cream powder on hand for emergencies — say, unexpected guests. Plus the store doesn't always carry cream with the right fat content. The one catch: the cream powder has to be the whipping kind, not the regular sort.
