- Psyllium is a very healthy flour made from the husks of psyllium seeds (Plantago psyllium L.), more than half of which is soluble fiber. This product is good for the whole body, and especially for the digestive tract. So let's begin making this simple, healthy dish: 1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large mug (the first three items on the list). 2. Add the almond milk and stir (set a little milk aside for later). 3. Let the mixture rest in the mug for 5-10 minutes. How long you let it sit depends on the consistency you want: the longer it sits, the more the psyllium swells and the more tender the porridge becomes. It's up to your preference. 4. Add the rest of the almond milk to the mug, stir, and enjoy! Make it for breakfast or as a snack! Enjoy!
