Cooking method
First boil the chicken backs until cooked. It's very easy to check readiness - if a small piece of meat tastes soft enough, then it's time to remove the pan with broth from the fire. I filter the broth through the smallest strainer that can only be found on the farm and put the potatoes cut into strips with salted mushrooms into the filtered transparent broth.
I rub the carrot on a coarse grater, and cut the onion as small as possible. Before cleaning and rubbing vegetables, I do not forget to wash them thoroughly. Separately, until golden brown, fry onions and carrots in a frying pan, mix them, add a spoonful of flour and fry a little more together over low heat, stirring constantly.
As soon as the potatoes are cooked, onion-carrot-flour dressing, bay leaf and salt are put into the broth. Now it remains only to serve chicken pickle with mushrooms to the table and enjoy a meal that will seem twice as delicious in the summer outdoors. Sour cream can be added to each plate of pickle, or not added, it's a matter of taste, and tastes, as you know, do not argue.
