Cooking method
Following this recipe, you will cook a very tasty and hearty soup! On top of that, very sunny and beautiful) For me, the preparation of mashed soup can be compared with art :)
Boil the pumpkin in the specified amount of water until soft. Add spices: bay leaf, black pepper, salt. We are preparing a mixture of vegetable and butter, on it we will stew mushrooms with onions and carrots. We finely chop the onion, three carrots on a medium grater. Add half of the stewed mushrooms to the boiled pumpkin. We also throw melted cheese there, which we cut into small cubes. If you are not going to go to work after the delicacy, squeeze out the garlic – this will give the food piquancy! Boil for a few minutes. Next, we take out the bay leaf (we are not going to eat it, and it spoils the look), and we puree the soup in a blender, adding heavy cream. The decoration of the soup-puree is strictly subject to your imagination :) Don't forget to use the remaining mushrooms!
If you like, you can add croutons.
