I want to share a recipe for making a delicious, hearty and easy-to-prepare soup of champignons with onions and potatoes. For the soup, cut the peeled potatoes not very finely, pour water, add salt and boil until fully cooked, then drain the water, crush the potatoes. We got mashed potatoes, on the basis of which we will prepare our soup-mashed mushrooms. Now chop the mushrooms and onions and fry everything over medium heat. Champignons can also be taken dried, in this case the soup will turn out even more fragrant. First, fry the onion a little in vegetable oil, then add the mushrooms and salt. Wait until the liquid has evaporated and chop the finished mushrooms and onions in a blender. After that, you need to mix the mixture with mashed potatoes, pour cream, pepper and salt to taste. Then put on the fire, and bring to a boil, but do not boil. When you warm up our mushroom soup, try not to boil it either. You can also serve it cold. When serving, garnish the mashed soup with champignons with herbs. Nice appetite!
