Young cabbage salad with sausage and green onions

If you want to be healthy, prepare delicious vegetable salads every day! I suggest you try to make a salad of young cabbage according to one of my favorite recipes. It turns out delicious and brings a lot of benefits - both to the figure and to health. For those who do not eat meat, I will say that sausage can be excluded, and who is confused by sausage - it can be replaced with boiled chicken fillet :) Cook!

To mix the salad, take a suitable deep dry dish and put all the prepared ingredients into it:

1. Finely chop the cabbage, coarsely three carrots.
2. Finely chop green onions, also dill or some other greens.
3. Cucumbers and sausage are cut into small cubes.
4. Add canned green peas.
5. We fill the salad with mayonnaise just before serving. You can use sour cream or yogurt. Mix well.
