    1. Cut the cabbage leaves into strips and put them in a bowl for mixing the salad. 2. Grate the juicy, sweet beets. Peel the juicy sweet-and-sour apple and grate it on a coarse grater too. 3. Pour boiling water over the frozen peas and add them to the salad. You can use canned peas without scalding them. 4. For the dressing, cut an orange in half and squeeze out the juice, then add the vegetable oil. 5. Mix everything thoroughly and the salad is ready. Enjoy!
