Savoy cabbage salad with beetroot

Cooking method
1. Cabbage leaves are cut into strips, put in a bowl for mixing salad.
2. Juicy sweet beets are grated. Juicy sweet and sour apple is peeled and also grated on a coarse grater.
3. Pour boiling water over the freshly frozen peas and add to the salad. You can use canned peas without pouring boiling water.
4. For refueling, cut an orange in half and squeeze the juice out of it, add vegetable oil.
5. Mix everything thoroughly and the salad is ready.
