Fried Aspen Bolete Mushrooms

The simplest way to make mushrooms taste great! Aspen bolete mushrooms fried in butter are wonderfully fragrant and delicious. This dish is quick and easy to put together, and you can round it out with a side of buckwheat, boiled potatoes, or braised vegetables.

    1. Clean the mushrooms, wash them, and cut them into pieces.
    1. Peel the onion and cut it into small dice; fry half of it in sunflower oil until translucent.
    1. Add the mushrooms to the onion and keep frying until all the liquid has cooked off.
    1. Add a pat of butter along with the remaining onion, season with salt and pepper to taste, fry for another 5–7 minutes, and take off the heat.
  • Serve hot with a side dish of your choice.
