Cooking method
1. We clean the aspen trees, wash them, cut them into pieces.
2. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes, fry half of the portion in sunflower oil until transparent.
3. Then add the mushrooms to the onion, continue to fry until the liquid is completely evaporated.
4. Add a piece of butter to the mushrooms, spread the remaining onion, salt and pepper to taste, fry for another 5-7 minutes and remove from the heat.
Serve hot on the table, adding a side dish to taste.
