1. The grouse is cleaned of scales, it is removed quite simply. Rinse and dry. We will cook the fish whole so that it does not fall apart when frying.

3. Put the frying pan on the fire, heat it well and pour vegetable oil. Fry the grouse on a small fire, as it is fried on one side, carefully turn it over with a spatula on the other.
