Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
1. My potatoes are brushed thoroughly and put to cook in a uniform.

2. While the potatoes are cooking, we make a seasoning for it. I do it in a mortar.

3. I put all the spices, sugar and salt and combined everything with a pestle. The cumin needs to be ground to powder. Finely chop the green onion.

4. The potatoes are cooked, let them drain and cool a little in a colander.

5. Put it on a board, and flatten it slightly with the flat side of the knife. So it will be more convenient to fry and sprinkle with spices.
Step 6:
6. Pour olive oil into a frying pan (wok) with a thick bottom and put it on a high heat. Lay out the potatoes.
Step 7:
7. When one side is browned, turn the potatoes over and sprinkle with spices.
Step 8:
8. When the other side is browned, turn over again and sprinkle spices on the second side.
Step 9:
