Step-by-step cooking
In the summer we grilled vegetables, meat and of course fish. I want to share a recipe for grilled flounder. The fish turns out to be very tender and delicious!!! And, despite the fact that the hot summer is over, the warm autumn days are still ahead, and you can still treat yourself and your loved ones with a picnic in the fresh air!!!
So let's get down to cooking:
To clean a medium-sized flounder of scales and entrails, remove the head, then rinse well.
After that, rub each fish with salt, a mixture of peppers, you can optionally add grated ginger, you can also use a special seasoning for fish, where dried vegetables and chili pepper are already present.
We leave the fish for 1- 1.5 to marinate, if possible, it is better to leave it overnight.
Next, we lubricate the grill grate with sunflower oil and put our flounder on it.
Fry on the fire for 3 - 5 minutes on one side and the other until ruddy.
Serve hot, pour lemon on top.
That's all our fish is ready!!! Bon appetit!!!
