Step 1:
In the prepared dough bowl, mix the egg with salt and sugar. Shake them a little with a whisk.
Step 2:
Then add flour sifted through a sieve and sour milk to the dough. Mix it up. Be prepared for the fact that flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough.
Step 3:
At the end, pour a little soda into the dough and immediately mix with the dough.
Step 4:
You can mix the dough with a mixer. Its consistency should be homogeneous and without lumps. The finished dough should be thick.
Step 5:
Preheat the frying pan to a hot state and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Spoon a little dough into the pan. It should not spread much. Make a small fire and let them cook slowly so that they begin to, as it were, approach. If the fire is large, then the pancakes will quickly fry on the outside, and the dough will remain raw inside and they will fall off after being removed from the pan.
Step 6:
Bake the pancakes so that they turn an appetizing golden color on both sides. Due to the reaction of sour milk with soda, carbon dioxide is released in the dough and pancakes are suitable as buns.
Step 7:
Remove the finished pancakes on a plate covered with paper napkins. This is necessary to remove excess oil from them.
Step 8:
Serve the pancakes warm with tea, juice or milk. You can supplement them with condensed milk, honey, sour cream or jam. Enjoy your meal!
