  • I like to serve fish — fried in a pan, grilled, or baked in the oven — with this fish sauce. Absolutely any fish takes on its own unique taste and aroma when paired with it. If you'd like to treat your family and friends to something new, just follow the simple steps of this recipe. We start making the fish sauce by rinsing the cucumbers, parsley, capers, and tarragon well under running water. Then pat all the ingredients dry with a paper towel. After that, finely chop them with a sharp knife. Now mix all the prepared ingredients with the Provençal mayonnaise, wine vinegar, cayenne, and Tabasco sauce. Then place the sauce in the refrigerator for about an hour. This sauce goes equally well with white and red fish, whether fried, grilled, or oven-baked. Enjoy — and so will your loved ones!
