We begin the preparation of the sauce for fish by washing cucumbers, parsley, capers and tarragon well in running water. Then dry all the ingredients with a paper towel. After that, finely chop them with a sharp knife. Now mix all the prepared ingredients with Provencal mayonnaise, wine vinegar, pepper and Tabasco sauce. After that, we carefully place our sauce in the refrigerator for about one hour. This sauce is suitable for both white and red fish, both fried, grilled, and baked in the oven.
