Step-by-step cooking
First we prepare salad dressing. To do this, mix chopped shallots, grated ginger root, crushed garlic clove, ketchup, rice vinegar, soy sauce, vegetable oil and water. Mix the components of the dressing until a homogeneous sauce is obtained. The red pepper peeled from the seeds is cut into thin strips and put them in ice water. Keep the pieces of pepper in the water until they curdle. Put lettuce leaves in a salad bowl, add 4-6 tablespoons of dressing and sea salt, mix. We arrange the salad on plates, put halves of cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced cucumber and slices of sweet pepper on top. Bon appetit!
