Cooking method
- Cut the onions into half-moons and toss them with the rinsed chicken hearts. Roll the meat around in the onion, seasoning with herbs, salt, and pepper. Add the mustard and mayonnaise to the bowl where you mixed everything, stir it all together, and put the hearts in the refrigerator. Let them soak up the quick marinade for about an hour. Once the hour is up, take the hearts out, thread them onto skewers, and grill them over a hot bed of coals. All that's left is to wish you a hearty appetite in advance.
