Cooking method
1. Diced brisket, celery, carrots and onions, and finely chop garlic.
2. Fry the chopped ingredients in olive oil for 7 minutes.
3. Add the minced meat, fry for another 5 minutes.
4. We introduce tomato paste, mix and continue to fry for 5-7 minutes.
5. Choose a stew pot - it should be with a thick bottom and walls. Pour the contents of the frying pan into it, add salt and pepper, tomatoes, chopped herbs: basil, thyme, oregano.
6. Pour in the wine. The liquid should cover the contents by a couple of centimeters. If this does not happen, add the right amount of water or broth.
6. Bring the bolognese to a boil, turn down the heat and simmer for about 60 minutes.
Sometimes it happens that tomatoes are sour, then you need to add a little sugar to taste.
Use bolognese as intended.
