Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Preparing the dough. Put 300 gr. cottage cheese in a deep bowl, add 2 tbsp.l. semolina, 2 tbsp.l. sugar, 0.5 tea.s. vanillin, 0.5 tsp.l. soda, salt to taste, 1 chicken egg and stir until smooth. If the cottage cheese is coarse-grained, then it can be pre-rubbed through a strainer or crushed using an immersion blender (which is much faster). I recommend using cottage cheese with a fat content of at least 9% for the recipe.
Step 2:
To form a whole consistency, let the curd mass stand for 20 minutes, after which we evenly add 3 tablespoons of flour to it and mix well.
Step 3:
After thoroughly mixing the curd mass, let it stand again for 20 minutes.
Step 4:
Form the desired size balls and roll them in flour.
Step 5:
Heat up the 4 table in a frying pan.L. vegetable oil and give the cheesecakes the desired shape.
Step 6:
We put the cheesecakes in a preheated frying pan.
Step 7:
Fry on both sides until golden brown. We remove the finished products from the frying pan and fry the next batch, before which, if necessary, we add a little more oil and warm it up well.
Step 8:
Cooking delicious, cooking simple, cooking the most delicate cheesecakes at home together! They can be served with sour cream, condensed milk, jam, jam, etc. Bon appetit to everyone!
I think many people know how to fry lush and incredibly tender cheesecakes with semolina, but I'm also sure that it never hurts to remind this easy recipe. According to this method of cooking, cheesecakes with an INCOMPARABLE taste are obtained! Lush, tender and easy to prepare - delicious and very fast! Cottage cheese dough is absolutely not capricious, and products from it always turn out delicious. Even if someone doesn't like cottage cheese very much, they still won't be able to resist fragrant pastries, especially in front of such amazing cheesecakes. Sometimes I add raisins to the dough, sometimes I make cheesecakes sweeter or more salty. In general, you can safely improvise!
