Cooking method
Preheat the grill, the heating is strong. Meanwhile, we fold the foil several times, forming a "tray" for the fish steak. The foil should be strong enough to hold a heavy fish steak. Lubricate it with a small amount of vegetable oil, and then place it on some kind of vessel on which we will transfer the fish to the grill.
Place the fish steak in the resulting foil tray. Pour lemon juice on top of the fish, then white wine. It is better to choose dry and high-quality wine - the taste of the finished dish will depend on it. Spread a small piece of butter on top of the fish.
Take a small container and mix salt and seasonings in it: garlic powder, onion powder, aromatic herbs (oregano, basil, dill). Mix everything thoroughly and sprinkle the fish steak on top with the resulting mixture. We try to do it evenly. After that, sprinkle the steak with sweet paprika on top.
We spread the steak in foil on a hot grill. We cook the fish in it for 10 minutes, no more. It is very important not to over-cook the steak, otherwise the fish will become dry and tasteless, lose its juiciness and will fall apart. Another important point is that you do not need to turn the steak over!
The tuna was cooked when it turned light pink, already opaque, but still quite firm. If you press it with the back of the fork, it gently presses down. Carefully remove the finished steak with a spatula, put it in a beautiful wide plate, decorate with lime slices (optional). You can also pour lime juice on top of the steak.
We serve fish with fresh herbs. You can also pour a glass of good white wine to the steak.
This amazingly delicious and delicious dish is ready! Bon appetit!
