Crepes with a Crispy Lacy Edge

These lacy-edged crepes will bring the whole family to the table! This recipe is a real find for me — I used to make crepes only with milk plus kefir, but I rarely have kefir on hand while there's always milk, and this recipe lets me make them anytime.

  • Whisk the eggs, sugar, and salt. Add the milk and water, then the flour, mixing everything well. Add the oil at the end. This time I decided to experiment and used baby formula instead of milk — they came out just as tasty as with regular milk. Heat the pan, brush it with vegetable oil, and cook. Enjoy!
