  • Seafood dishes are incredibly popular these days. This salad recipe comes from Mediterranean cuisine. Seafood salad with lime dressing is a low-calorie dish. It takes about 15 minutes to make. Quickly sauté a frozen seafood mix in a pan with olive oil, crushed garlic and rosemary. Tear the iceberg lettuce leaves into a deep salad bowl by hand and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Toast the pine nuts in a hot, dry pan, shaking constantly. Make the lime dressing: mix the juice of half a lime with olive oil, adding sea salt, ground black pepper and a pinch of sugar. Combine all the salad ingredients. The seafood salad with lime dressing is ready — divide it among plates, drizzle with the lime dressing, and top with pine nuts and grated Parmesan. Enjoy!
