Step-by-step cooking
This is a recipe for a very light festive salad. Salad-dessert. Such food is also suitable for those who want to lose weight.
Finely chop the carrots, preferably with small strips. You can cut it in a combine, and then dry it a little on a paper napkin to remove excess juice. Apples are cut into small cubes, pineapple is also crushed and dried, as well as carrots. Cut each grape in half. Put everything in a large bowl. Add the chopped celery stalk and chopped walnuts. Mix both yoghurts to make a dressing with lemon-vanilla flavor. Pour yogurt over all the ingredients in a bowl, and add sugar to taste. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Instead of sugar, you can add a sweetener if you want to reduce the calorie content of the salad or sugar is contraindicated for you.
If desired, raisins and peeled sunflower seeds can be added to the salad. We put the finished salad in the refrigerator overnight.
Before serving, mix it again and spread it on a flat dish. You can decorate it as your imagination dictates. For example, arrange carrot plates along the edge of the dish so that it resembles flower petals.
