Napa Cabbage Salad with Soy Sauce

A simple yet very original, light salad for a change of pace! My friend came up with this recipe. Vegetarians simply must give it a try. It can also be paired with meat dishes. And a napa cabbage salad with soy sauce is very easy to make.

  • Rinse the prunes in warm water and soak them in boiling water for an hour. Separate the napa cabbage into leaves, wash and pat them dry. Then cut them into thin strips, salt them, and set aside while you make the salad dressing. In a bowl, mash the cloves of fresh garlic with a wooden spoon. Then gradually add the sugar and olive oil, mixing thoroughly. Once a thick sauce forms, stir in the lemon juice, soy sauce, raisins, finely chopped prunes and chopped walnuts. Mix all the dressing ingredients well and pour it over the napa cabbage. The napa cabbage salad with soy sauce is ready — enjoy!
