Garlic clove and herbs are crushed. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and lightly whisk with a whisk.
Step 4:
Cut the string beans into 3 cm long pieces and blanch in boiling water for 5-6 minutes. Beans are thrown on a sieve and immediately dipped in cold water.
Step 5:
Bulgarian pepper cut into thin strips, onion rings.
Step 6:
Mix the egg with water, add a pinch of salt and pepper, whisk with a fork.
Step 7:
Fry 1-2 thin egg pancakes in a hot frying pan (I got 1). Cut into thin strips.
