Thaw the shrimp (if you have frozen) and peel.
Step 3:
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp over medium heat for 1 minute. During frying, add salt and pepper. Remove the shrimp from the heat and leave to cool.
Step 4:
Cut the cherry into 2-4 pieces (depending on the size), cut half of the bell pepper into small slices.
Step 5:
Picking salad. Lettuce leaves (washed and dried) are cut into small pieces. We put it on a plate.
Step 6:
Spread the shrimp, cherry and bell pepper on the lettuce leaves.
Step 7:
Prepare a poached egg. To do this, bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a saucepan, add 1 tbsp. l. 9% vinegar. We take an egg (for poached eggs, it is very important to take fresh eggs, they should be practically from under the chicken), break it into a small bowl. Pour the egg into boiling water (the water should boil slightly).
Step 8:
Cook the egg for about 2 minutes, the protein should seize, and the yolk should remain liquid.
Step 9:
Put a poached egg on top of the salad and, if desired, sliced onion into thin rings.
Step 10:
For refueling, mix oil, vinegar (or lemon juice), salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Step 11:
Pour the dressing over the salad and serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
